Why We Are Here
We are based in Atlantic Canada. It's a wonderful place to live and work. Unfortunately, the age of the generational business is coming to an end. And along with it, many foundational companies in our towns and cities are at risk of disappearing. We believe that by giving power to buyers and sellers and removing the gatekeepers we can help facilitate the continuation and continued growth of these wonderful cornerstone businesses that mean so much to the identity of our Canadian communities.

I guess this makes me a serial entrepreneur.
The grandson of farmers and woodsmen, the son of an oilman, I have seen the issues that arise when opportunity and reward are guarded by gatekeepers who do not understand the importance of their roles. To that end, I see the Business Broker industry in Canada as one in desperate need of renewal and reinvention. By democratizing the process by which sellers and buyers can connect with one another we can ensure that good businesses are given the chance to continue and evolve and that hard-working entrepreneurs across the country are given the best chance at reaping the top reward for their dedication to the businesses they started.
